In Yoga for Healthy joints and muscles we will be working on multiple and important joints and muscles of the body to boost stability and mobility. If you are a sports person, walk for fitness, runner or sit or stand most of the day then this session will help you in nourishing the joints and muscles beyond the simple streches an dtake your joints in a holistic range of motion.
